Have never cleaned my .22 CZ 452. Come to think of it, can't remember when I last cleaned my HMR CZ 452.

I have a AirArms S410 PCP in .22. Once you get to grips with the trajectory of the pellet, as there is a greater rise and fall than a rim fire, you'll love it. Because you have to get closer it'll hone your stalking skills. Another plus is you don't get that 'CRACK' that you get with the HMR, makes for a more peaceful outing.

Just come back and the barn was empty. I'll go back and have another look tomorrow. Was hoping to get some more so I could set up the trail cam.

You are allowed to shoot roosting feral pigeons. You can use a device to illuminate a target, sighting devices for night shooting and mirrors, lighting or other dazzling devices. But this is only for feral and not wood pigeon or any other bird cover by the General Licence.

I did go back on the Saturday night with my AAS410 with a Archer starlight fitted and took out 10 that were in there. Went back the next night and had 6 more. Going to go again this weekend just to make sure they are all gone. The owner is over the moon. She asked how much I was going to charge, I told her nothing as I like the shooting. On both nights I deposited the dead birds in the corner of my field at the back of my house and on both following days they were all gone so the birds went to feed some thing. If I get any more I'm going to put up my trail camera to see if I can see what's t

I was asked to shoot some pigeons that were roosting in a barn. Went there and there was an unbelievable amount of crap all over this woman's wood pile. The crap ran all along the edge of all the walls where they had been sticking their arses out over the edge to take a crap. There was also feathers, egg shell and the odd dead chick mixed in with it. Now, you can shoot feral and wood pigeons but only if they fulfil the criteria in the general licence. Now these are pure white pigeons, some call them peace or love doves, and have been purchased by some one to live in one of those dove cote thi

Just looked at the vault and it says it has a 70mm disc lock. These locks are shite and can be raked in seconds. Watch this video You would be better off welding a clasp on the side of the bin and then use one of these lockshttp://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HEAVY-DUTY-SHUTTER-LOCK-LOCKS-PADLOCK-PADLOCKS-50-MM-70-MM-90-MM-3-KEYS-NEW-/291372722751?var=&hash=item43d72aea3f:m:mfnwA although they are only cheap, you can't cut them off with bolt cutters and you can't pick them, unless you are skilled, as they don't use pins inside the lock, they use little discs.

Do you drive a MK 6 or MK7 Ford Transit?. If you do do not leave ANYTHING in it if you haven't got any after market security on the door locks. The lock on a Ford is called a Tibbe lock and can be picked in seconds. You can get picks for ANY vehicle but the 6 and 7 Transits are the quickest and easiest to get into. Check this video out I've add an after market Hykee lock to my Transit, the same as this bloke

SX3, shoots any thing even when I don't clean it. Looks nice, feels nice, It's just a nice gun.
-
Got a composite SX3. Composite is posh for plastic. It fires what ever I put in it and it fires fast. Go on youtube and look at how fast Patrick Flanigun shoots it. You'll never shoot it as fast as him and he shoots 12 carts in 1.442 seconds!. I don't shoot fast either but it goes to show how well engineered the gun is if it can perform like that. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/fCB7uEQ9W9A" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Put it on Ebay!.

Air Compressor With Pcp
PLEDGEY replied to Ben Houghton's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
ShoeBox Compressorhttps://www. shoeboxcompressor.com/ says they are $649, that's about £420. They do take PayPal . Don't forget you need a standard compressor as well, they're about the £100 mark. I know Daystate now have a compressor on the market. It's made in Italy and very good construction. This will fill up guns and bottles at a much faster rate, but costs £1,700. -
Air Compressor With Pcp
PLEDGEY replied to Ben Houghton's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
You can use a normal compressor but you need a shoebox compressor add on to increase the pressure of the normal normal compressor as it just doesn't give a high enough PSI/BAR. -
It's now in the for sale section.

I live near Nether Stowey in Somerset. Closest town to me is Bridgwater . Junctions 23 and 24 on the M5.

I'm selling everything that goes with it, this includes an LEI Moderator Ten of the best .17HMR moderators - Shooting UKwww.shootinguk.co.uk › Shooting › Accessories › Home , 5 round magazine, 50 rounds Hornady V-Max, cleaning rod, rod guide, cleaning kit, jags, brushes, 2 x bore snakes, cleaning patches and fluids. Thanks eveyone. I think I should be OK now
-
It is a left hander.

This is not about the HMR, but I need some advive on how to peronally sell an HMR. I have a CZ452 American HMR that I want to sell. I want to put it in the for sale section but am unsure as to how you go about the paper work once you have a buyer. If some one sees the gun and mod and wants to buy it how do you actually fill out the paper work?.I know the buyer has to have the appropiate slot on their FAC, but what do you write on each certificate? and who sends what to the Police to let them know of the transaction?. I would ask the FAO but they don't always give correct advice. I would rather

Mole Traps In The Frost
PLEDGEY replied to perthshire keeper's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
I use duffus traps and I some times spray a circle around where the trap is with road marking paint. There is a park where I was having traps taken, so I spray the paint 3 feet to the left of the traps. This way no one can see the traps, as they're covered, and the paint mark doesn't draw attention either. -

Just google 'English French Translator' or 'French English Translator', all acording to which way you want to translate, and you'll have no problems. Works with any language. -
Just thought of some thing else. Killgerm have just started selling a product called Racumin. It's a foam based poison in a can. You spray the foam in areas you knoe for sure that rats and mice go. It is not a bait so you don't have to worry about them eating it, it works on the fact the rats will ingest the foam when they groom themselves. The poison in the foam is Coumatetralyl. This is a first generation anticoagulant and is less toxic than second gen poisons. I know tests have been done where they fed rats this stuff until they died then fed the rats to dogs and the dogs were OK. So there

Rats are Neophobic, they don't like anything that is new. I placed 4 Fenn traps in an attic baited with my special mix, peanut butter Nutela and olive oil, and they wouldn't touch it, wouldn't even go for crispy bacon fat and that's like crack to rats. I know this because I had a trail cam set up and could watch what was going on. They would walk right up to the traps, sniff all around it then walk away. I could see exactally from the trail cam footage where they were walking and the routes they were taking across the insulation. I made a hole in the insulation and placed the Fenns in there, t
