    I had some problems following a car-crash a few years ago and needed a second op. Saw the specialist who told me he could fit me in "in about 18 months". I asked when it would be if I paid. "Thursday" was the reply. Same surgeon, same bed, same hospital

    If you're just looking to get an idea of prices for blades and things, then have a look at www.brisa.fi I've bought stuff from them before and they seem fair. But - it's mass produced and not like some of the hand-crafted stuff Midnight and some of the boys on here do. HTH

    I've got both, synthentic 75 in 6.5x55 and a half stock Mannlicher in .270. The Mannlicher is a much "nicer" rifle, lighter and better looking, but unless I'm shooting Reds I take the Sako every time. The Sako is a great bit of kit (a bit heavy with a scope and bipod), but shoots really well and needs almost no looking after even when it's been pouring down all day. HTH

    As well as keeping it clean, try a few different types of ammo and see what suits it best. Can't remember the last time mine jammed
