will it do any harm antg? Its only a low watt energy saver. The brew is in a log cabin that can get cold even this time of year at night. wont do any harm really chris. first few days of the brew temp plays a part. too high can cause eastery flavours and is believed to give you a headache. the carbonation drops do seem to take a little longer to carb your drink up though. i never use them. good old tate n lyle for me lol

a cheap and pretty tasty alternative is to make a turbo cider from carton apple juice. the cheap supermarkets own brands make a perfectly acceptable drink. ive 5 gallon made that ive being drinking and its pretty good. its real easy to make and without adding any sugar (theres enough in the juice) it comes out at roughly 5% if its a little too dry when finished just put a teaspoon full of an artificial sweetener like splenda in your pint glass and pour you turbo cider into it. its spot on and a very easy drink. 23 litres apple juice 1 cup of real strong tea (for the tannins) give it its bi

If you've paid 40k in 5 years on a 90k loan you're being done mate, or it's a short term mortgage. My sons paying less than 4k on a 70k loan over 30 years. Thats at lthe very least 1k less than the same house would cost to rent each year so even if rents stayed the same for 30 years and the house didn't increase in value he would be 30 grand plus the value of the house better off by buying. do you think I dont relise that. That is the point some people on this topic are trying to make. Thats the differnce a couple % rise in a mortgage makes it criples people. Bought house in 200

councils used to have the right to buy scheme. im not sure if it still is on but i suspect it is. im may be wrong but if you go in to buy your council house you need to be a tenant for at least two years. after the two years you get 20% and an additional 1 % discount for every year over and to a max of 33%. its a good few years back i bought my house this way and had the max discount. with the house being worth allot more than the price the council offered it to me it was very easy to get the mortgage because the banks couldn't loose if things went txts up. the council also had a clause th

when you look lift the cushions out and look for signs of damp/rot under the front windows. its a common place for them to rot there. also check the tyre walls are not perished they tend to crack with standing for long periods. last thing you want is a blow out on your way home from buying one. make sure the floors sound. they have a habit of dipping just through the door as thats were it gets the most ware. you should pick a perfectly usable carravan for that price. oh and a little tip...... when you park it up for the winter, empty all water from any systems you have in it and place a bow
