1 hare jointed up. 1 large onion. tin of apricots in syrup two cloves of garlic. add all to slow cooker and let it do its thing. real nice. the apricots take a little of the strength out of the meat. -

Paul sykes from wakefield? was a good few naughty rumours about his antics whilst locked up, re: knocking out and raping younger prisoners!!!! Yokel a close friend was in and out the nick and served time along with sykes. true what he used to do. my neighbor was in and out too and he told me the same. sykes was notorious for it.

remember seeing pics of Sergio Olivas in the early 80s. had some physique on him. i met Tom Platz in the 80s at billingham. he was doing a seminar there. had the biggest developed legs i can remember at the time. man was i nice fella too. he was promoting his new book. pro style bodybuilding if a recall rightly.
