  1. Looks superb Martin, Dosent look to be an old beast either as there's quite a distance between the pedicles and no thickening of the skull joint. At a guess 3/4years tops would have been interesting to see him just before he started to go back having said that following years may have only produced a normal head , Nice result anyhow, i have never seen a 8 pointer before but got a friend of mine into a 7 pointer a few years ago its always good to see the oddities. Cheers Stu

There was a young plumber from Kent whos knob was all twisted and bent So he put it in double to save all the trouble Instead of coming he went. There was a young lass from Bendrass Who had a most fantastic ass not as you might think All round and pink But had two extremely large ears and ate grass
  4. this is the best way of telling time if you have no watch or one that dosent work properly . P.S watch it all the way through for accuracy .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETz0elhKvkM Cheers Stu
  5. You could always hang over the wall with a bag of walkers crisps and a few mars bars and lead them through the gate like sheep or a horse then get someone hidden in the ditch to quickly close the gate behind them when you had enticed them in the field. Good luck with it anyhow. Stu P.S Snickers work a treat if mars bars wont entice them
  6. Excellent portrayal of a head mount your client should be well pleased with your work. Cheers Stuart

  9. In the manual itself its all there and questions are made that way so uou have to absorb all the information contained in the manual and not to just skip over what appears to be general snippits of information . Cheers Stu
  10. All the above will work a treat. Another idea would be make a small manger and put some fresh cut silage in it and dilute some molasses and water it in to the silage, if the manger has a roof on the better to keep the weather from deteriorating the silage. peanut butter does work a treat but the mice like it also so if your using peanut butter pots place them so vermin cant get to them. Hope this helps Cheers Stu
  11. Not due for another month yet no signs in Dumfrieshire it usually starts last week of July running into August, probably what you have seen is the last years kids being chuffed out with the doe making way for this years kids being born as they are running at least 3 weeks behind in being born due to the late spring and bad winter. 12. I use a pair of Hensoldt german military version of Zeiss nitogen filled and the optics are far superior with being military than its civvy street equivalent. superb quality at a sixth of the cost . mine are 8X30 with built in range finder but these 10 power ones with larger objective lens are even better. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOP-Hensoldt-Zeiss-Dienstglas-binoculars-10X50-german-army-hunters-/261227500641?pt=UK_Photography_Binoculars_Monoculars&hash=item3cd25f5461

  15. Another good tip is peanut butter Cut the bottom off the container and screw the lid to a post and re screw the container back on it draws deer for miles.
  16. I second that statement entirely I consider minimum price paid for Roe should be in excess of £3. Kilo Min Ammo and other costs taken into account. Due to the prices offered I no longer even consider dealing with game dealers as an option of venison disposal
  17. You still havent put up the price what your prepared to pay to suppliers. as a postees previously asked, Simple question tell us on the forum openly what you are prepared to pay for each species then we will decide if its worthwhile doing business with you and also do you operate on a monthly payment basis or at direct point of sale. Also please state if the prices you offer are collected or does the seller need to deliver to your premises. Its really a simple question that needs a simple answer. Cheers Stu
