I know several landowners who wouldn't get too excited if they spotted a lamp flicking on and off across their land in the middle of the night....but a 4 x 4 trooping about....well, that'd be a different thing all together....who's to say that 4 x 4 ain't pulling a trailer and in that trailer is 50 of the farmer's ewes/lambs...and who could blame a farmer for phoning the police in such circumstances.... See, this is the way I see it....if you're running about a farmer's fields in the middle of the night in a 4 x 4 with no permission...ie, illegally you're a proper A1 100% bona fide f*****g

FFS mate what's he meant to do fight with a deep sea divers helmet on....the fight's a week away...that would open up like a whore's legs....in no time at all...going ahead just ain't an option.... Once you get to my/our age Tomo there really is no reason to be doing too many core lifts.......your metabolism changes with age so the benefits of low rep heavy weight lifting is not what it used to be........if you havent packed on some size by a certain age you certainly wont pack it on like you could in your 20,s.......................its a bit like sex.......you dont go all out hell for leather any more.......just slow it down with more purpose to achieve the same results Once you have size its more about hitting a muscle from certain angles......biceps for example.....i,ll still do 4

This is a really good day....well run with everyone catered for.... Get along and support it.... Den's no been too well of late - and I know for a fact he never once thought of cancelling this show - under the circumstances many would have called it off. But throwing the towel in ain't his thing.... So wouldn't it be great if a huge crowd turned up, not only support this event, but to show appreciation for everything Den does for terrier and lurcher shows the length and breadth of the country... -
