    this is pritty hypicrytical as everyone has said something not positive ,.........at some time during there thl career......I for one have when I felt the need,......... yet again they will all jump on the band wagon and protect there internet reputation....... just read your post paulas and well said.......on a forum people are always going too disagree on debates...........whats not good for one man it is for the next.........you see the top posters or the old time greats lol..............they follow suit like fecking lost sheep...... it aint going to get any better, that's for sure ......

    She's looking well Dave..... cheers colin, im over the moon with her pal. im just waiting for all those terrible collie traits to surface My betting is that there'll be no great dramas to follow.....yeah, she'll push boundaries and test you at times but it'll be nothing dramatic...I know the work you've put into her....and as the old saying goes...you only get out what you put in....and it's very true...

    My dogs all jump and jump well....take everything and anything in their stride....not jumping around here just ain't an option.... However, I'm never in a hurry to start them jumping....I have an 8 month old collie x here who has jumped nothing so far and he won't jump anything to speak of until he's around 12 months...and then within the space of 1 or 2 days he'll be capable of jumping all I'll ever need him to jump...it's the last thing I teach them...I've never seen the point in the 'party piece' robotic jumping of young pups....especially with heavy types...for me it's a no no.....

    There known as Hampshire diamonds round here. There is a lot of land which is nigh on unrunnable if you've any respect for the dog, still accidents happen on 'safe' ground, I've had 2 dogs nearly bleed out whilst lamping being sliced by flints when turning, my vet reckons my bitch looks like a patchwork quilt, they won't get hurt if you leave them in the kennel, but they won't catch much either. Just about sums it up......

    I would agree with that Phil - clear fell is the worst we have to deal with here...and we have lots of it....and it can't be avoided...seen some shocking accidents over the years.... Broken dogs and hearts....but if you want a safe option take up origami...
