If every member on here, even the ones who've never posted and the ones who live abroad, if they all took 14 deer, they'd still not take 700,000.
It doesn't sound very likely to happen really.
How much handling did this pup get in his first three months before you had him? He sounds like a typical un socialised pup. What they don't get in their first 12 weeks can be very hard to replace.
If it IS lack of handling in the first 12 weeks then DOG Magic's on the right lines but it takes a lot of time and patience. The long lead is good because you can correct him without making too much of it and without getting wound up yourself. I once took on a border collie from a farm where they had fed it but never touched it or put a collar on etc. I eventually got him so he'd come to me when ca
I've signed it Sika, since I do believe coursing has a role to play in conservation, but it might go a bit faster if coursing supporters didn't generally act like assholes towards anyone with a lurcher.
Most types of meat with some bone is good. When I lived in Lincolnshire I used to buy a whole cow tripe from lincoln slaughterhouse once a week. If you've got time then try asking at greyhound tracks who supplies meat, ask at meat processing plants and slaughterhouses for scraps, lamb ribs etc.
These days I buy a ten kilo box of chicken necks from the chicken processing factory once a week for a fiver. I bag them in five or six bags and feed rabbit or fish some days for a change.
Lidl sell good strong freezer bags cheaply.
I like to feed it raw but sometimes cook rabbits to mix with meal.

Here it is Tomo but in fairness the dog killed two in a row before this and the bulldozer crowd deliberately didn't put those two runs on the tube. A bit contrived if you ask me.
No the dog was never returned mate..sick as a parrot at the time as the bitch was turning into a bit of a machine but hey ho we keep at it lol..
Did you find out whether she was rehomed or PTS? I suppose they wouldn,t tell you that.
I use a 14ah lithium pack with a blitz variable. Using the variable power I use as little light as I can get away with when lamping rabbits and it's never run out yet.
What is the breeding behind this one?
She's off "johndog", a mix of different border collies and bearded collies and greyhounds. On paper she's 9/16ths greyhound and the rest mixed collie.
Since Woz likes mali temperament I think he'd be happier with that than with a collie cross.I've nothing against Hancock dogs either. I own one myself. This is her lamping catch two nights ago:-
When all's said and done Hancock dogs are collie crosses. Obviously very different from malinois.
It won't be long before they're banned anyway when national newspapers print articles like this:- http://www.irishexaminer.com/archives/2012/0818/opinion/cub-hunting-and-netting-of-hares-far-from-sports-ideal-204509.html
They'll start to panic and look for support then but after it's banned the hares won't be worth anything to them.
It's easy for people brought up in the countryside to get a false idea of public opinion since they only mix with people like themselves. The population has changed a lot since the celtic tiger and it's my belief that there're more townies now than country people
