  1. I agree there's loads of cloned traps on the market in one way or another look how many variations of mole claw trap there are, that might be a bad example, it will however have something to do with the effect on the animal, as regards welfare or being humane if I can find who to email specifically, I will ask the question as I dont want to spend £100 on a collarum, when the principle is easy to replicate and will cause no more stress than a collarum,
  2. I have had mine a couple of weeks now and I am still mastering it,saying that, I have had a few with it and I am getting better I think at the moment its in part somethng to do with the time of year, another month and they will start pairing up,I think thats when it will come into its own mate,
  3. I know what you mean about mad, thing is the collarum uses a spring under tension to place the snare around the target animals neck, then relies on the snare anchor to do its bit in holding the animal, and in some sense's thats what I was wanting to experiment with, the whip or spring would break away, and not maintain any tension I have looked through the wildlife and countryside act,it does say what spring trap you can use for what speicies,ie mk 4 mk 6 and such but as yet I havnt found the relevant info on spring snares,I supose technically what I am talking about isnt a spring snare,it would b
  4. Can anyone point me in the right direction,I am wanting to get hold of an adapter to fit a moderator to a sharpes inova, its an old gun I know but works well,I have spent a little time searching around for one,but thought I would ask the question on here,I would allso like to get a manual for one if they ever did one,can anyone point me in the right direction,??
  5. Cheer's its such a grey area,we ought to have a legal section on here with the up to date law's,just to help with our own understanding,
  6. Can anyone actually tell me what the law is on the use of spring snare'sin the uk, as in illegal or not, or legal for certain speacies or not,The reason why I ask is not to set them,as such but I want to adapt one to set the snare, like a collarum with a hole and bait stick, once triggered I was going to make the spring break away,so the animal was caught and held in a free running snare, very much like a collarum,The benefits are clear as regards catching only target species,if the spring breaks away that should ensure, the animal is not unduly stressed or cruelly held,I myself have tried to find

  9. This country is knacked, for sure Hunting need's to come back,it was unjust at the time, but beleive me it wont come back any time soon, even thought I dearly wish to be eating them words, all the media is biased and favours the anti's money men unjustly influencing the media, it is going to be an up hill battle, when the media have lost the ability to be inpartial,I think there is probably more we could do to force fair representation from the media, and let the people see the true story, but the anti's have too many people inside the media,I think the country would support us,if we were able to

  11. I use on a teckel,or my pointer I say that I have never really had to use them, the pointer as done two proper follow ups on deer, shot by other people, who if they had been more confident with a little bit more experience, would have found them anyway, the teckel has done mock blood scents, both are very capable dogs, the teckle is very slow and methodicle on blood, and a swine to get off the carcase, but very very good, the gsp is like shit off a shovel straight there,I think if it was an old scent I would use the teckel,as she wont cut any corners with the wind, you can clearly see her following the s
  12. I found this amusing, thought I would share it with you what do you think, This is too true to be funny. The next time you hear a politician use the word 'billion' in a casual manner, think about whether you want the 'politicians' spending YOUR tax money. A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency did a good j ob of putting that figure into some perspective in one of its releases. A. A billion seconds ago it was 1959. B. A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive. C. A billion hours ago our

They own enough land release them on there,
  17. releasing foxes yes, without land owners permission yes, have they been screened for deseases no,so that should fall under maff movement of live stock,??????????????or is it fly tipping, the reason's why the RSPCA was formed were right, trouble is,every emotional F**** u* in the country work for them and have used the RSPCA values to make every living thing there emotional Teddy bear's,its gone beyond practicality, they need to go bust,in order to rebuild with rational people at there head maybee that will sort it,I wont even look at the collection boxes, and I have regularly donated to other th

  19. The symptons of this blokes mental illness would have been there to see,his parents would have seen them or suspected them at some point, I can not see how kids sat on video games in there own world of killing and murder war games, and such can be mentally healthy when they are on them for extended periods of time, some come off them and believe they are invincible, but while big companies can make huge sums of money corupting the minds of kids via television or games, and goverments can collect there taxes from them it will go on,nothing should be more sacred than the life of a child, adults aro
