    I agree with charlie caller,I too owned a 222 and through sheer stupidity sold it, traded it for a 223,after listening to biased one sided arguments on the differences between them, don t get me wrong,I kill with the 223 no problems,but I am not as accurate with the 223 as I was with the 222, I last yr bought a 22 hornet,a cz american same model as was my last 222,and it may be that I favour that model of gun, and its funny if I go foxing now, that's the rifle I pick out the cupboard now without hesitation,it seems to suit the land I shoot over, as generally I am not having to consider shots g

    We might have had a little wind of late, but its been very warm, not autumn weather at all, so there should be more showing but not to worry it should settle down a little soon, I have noticed rabbits this yr in fields where they havn't been seen for years,as for the cursed VHD I hope not,

    What didn't you like about it? The colour mainly,it reminded me of cuprinol both in colour and smell I also do not think it lubricated the trap that well either,it was the DAKOTA line, trap and snare dip,in brown,its not cheap neither,but finding a good trap dye over hear is hard so I will turn to the walnut husk's,its a good subject this as I think there's an opportunity to come up with some thing we can use over here,all the best stuff seems to be over the pond,
