  1. A lot of that is down to uninformed owners overfeeding and under exercising their dogs. And people breeding the wrong types together. Still plenty of soundly bred, well put together staffs around.
  2. I remember reading about some of your exploits phil ?

    Babic

In my defense, I was on my 5th guinness when I made my post about babic. Haven't drank for a while, and it caught up with me rather quickly lol
  4. Several people on this forum have no respect at all for coons.

    Babic

Like I said, I don't think he'll go too far, he's not big enough or good enough. Massive difference between a prime mike tyson at his peak. The last few years of tyson's career, was like watching a different fighter, to when he was in his prime.

    Babic

Now, I'm not saying babic is the next heavyweight world champion BUT, he looks pretty useful. And let's not forget, mike tyson, at just over 15 stone, HAMMERED almost all his opponents when he was that weight.
  7. Would be the sort of litter I would've taken a pup from if conditions were favourable ?
  8. Yep, I've seen em ? Actually seen a pure beddy dog put to a pure whippet bitch. 8 pups, 2 smooth, the other 6 in between broken/rough coated.
  9. Can I just ask people that breed 1st crosses, or people that have experience of it, how they come to the conclusion that you can't have a feathered 1st x saluki/greyhound, or a smooth coated 1st x deerhound/greyhound? Because I've seen both.
  10. Not the same type, but my old bitch, deerhound/greyhound x collie/greyhound, at 5 months was 24 1/2" tts. Ended up up at 29" tts.
  11. What are we supposed to see? All I saw was a dark 'shape' at the end of the beam, and heard what sounded like a rambler reaching into his pocket rummaging for a crisp ?
  12. A brace o trannies!!! ? thanks blacky, cheered me right up that did ??
  13. Lol I put just enough in so it gives it a slight beefyish tone. It's actually VERY nice. Also sometimes put an anchovy inside a joint of lamb before cooking it, a tip I learned off james martin, tv chef, on the rare occasions we eat lamb. Again, surprisingly nice.
  14. Was the done thing in practically every pup in the late 70's early 80's
  15. It was your 'apple' thread that prompted me to suggest a few Henry Westons lol ?
  16. Lol, yep, in all seriousness, I think the majority of people on here have empathy, respect even, for most of the quarry they hunt. And yep, foxes are right up there as one of my favourites.
  17. Funnily enough, I said the lord's prayer over last sunday's chicken on our sunday roast. Poor little f****r, just laying there, all crisped up and roasted to perfection. Was almost a crime carving the breast off him. I feel your concern ??
  18. Was me. Can't beat a few of those to unwind with. ?
  19. @foxdropper I see you liked that lol. My attempt at a bit of festive humour lol. My mrs put up a few christmas decorations ealier,, nothing over the top, just a few window decorations really. Does my head in though, so I had to snap myself out the sullen mood I was descending into lol.
  20. I'd agree with that kd, yeah ?
  21. Plenty of arse ends on here. Probably being 'feral' for a couple of years as youngsters is a contributing factor.
  22. Are there that many on here that can even spell offliner, never mind navigate their way to a postcode? ?
  23. .................... not for me lol ?
