  1. The Capercaillie would be more of a target for a Lynx than a deer.
  2. Not as good as some on here, but still https://youtu.be/88UU9Lg-ZcQ
  3. I think fear is something we learn more than say "instinct" for the most part. Things like "fear of spiders" or a "scary movie" is caused by reaction from our peers. Usually parents passing it onto their kids.
  4. No surprise that the man with the best lurchers in Ireland won top prize!
  5. Take the pic horizontally Thanks that worked. Bit uncomfortable mind, taking the pictures lying down on the ground. lol
  6. There's enough vermin in the country as it is. No need to f**k things up even more.
  7. Lads what's the story with pics coming out sideways when uploaded straight from the phone?
  8. grand bitch her eddy-hope youre keeping well. Alls good here lad. Nice to hear from you. Was down your way few weeks ago for a few jars. Had some mighty craic. Hope alls good your end?
  9. My old Fell bitch, from many moons ago
  10. I believe they are both mk4's. Teapot was showing them side by side for comparison. Now you mentioned the mk1. There is a nice story behind that one. But you'll have to wait for OTC's book to find out about it. lol Well I'm not telling anyway lol The traps Mr Teapot is showing are two variations of the Mk 4 Vermin trap. The Mk1 trap 'The One' is talking about is the MK1 Rabbit trap not the Mk 1 Vermin trap. The OP was asking about the original Mk2 Vermin trap I believe, which is like neither of the above! And the story that you know about the Mk1 Vermin traps is actually also false, Eddie.
  11. Lads, what time is the show starting at? Chance I might get over to it in the morning.

  13. We're yout in that man's shed again? I warned him to get some CCTV camera's installed. lol
  14. You still writing a book ? Books are written, just need to tune up finances to get them done Any more info about your upcoming books OTC? Without giving too much away of course.
  15. No need for that even. If she wrote in big letters on the bottom of her plea "PLEASE DON'T SEND GIFTS OR MONEY. BEN WILL BE OVER THE MOON WITH SOME NICE CARDS, AND A HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISH" Now, that would sound more like a genuine plea to me.
  16. or you coulld have somthing thats true 6 flucking year to statement a child with learning difficulty,s his only downfall is he was born hereBut there's no real need to ask blind strangers to send cards though is there? I mean the parents are on Facebook. They surely have lots of friends. They have family. Why on earth did the mother organise a party and invite a bunch of bully's who she must of known wouldn't show up? She could have brought the kid off for the day. Invited a few cousins etc, and gave the child a birthday to remember. Now as I said, no harm in sending the kid a card, but
  17. My thoughts exactly. I also done a quick Google, and there has been many very similar things done before. Maybe the parents came across something on the net, and said "that would be nice for their little lad". But seriously, is there any need for it? They surely have family and friends that could send some cards. Why ask strangers to do it. I wouldn't.
  18. Ok don't want to put a downer on things, but showed this to my other half. I'm not on Facebook, so wouldn't have a clue. She read it and said that she's seen several of these almost identical posts maybe 10 or 12 times over the last number of years. Maybe this is very genuine, but maybe it ain't. Nothing wrong with sending a card with a nice message on it I suppose. But I wouldn't go any further than that.
  19. Im trying out both POSTIMAGE and IMGUR micky. Imgur is in app form and I was able to download all pics from photobucket in one go, and I then uploaded them to Imgur as easily. This was all from my phone. I don't have a computer. Not sure how good either are sharing wise though. Haven't tried them yet.
  20. I have over 200. I just hit DOWNLOAD and they all downloaded to my phone gallery with a press of a button. Not sure if that means their safe though. Anyone?
  21. Just pm him. He's not on here much anymore, but he'll get a email when he receives a pm.
  22. Maybe your thinking of this guy. Nick Ross, off Crimewatch UK. Not the same guy, but a definite resemblance.
  23. Sorry I can't really help you with comparisons to the MKII, but to make things more complicated, there's two versions of the MKIII. Off the top of my head, I know they have a different chain and the pan is different too. There's a few knowledgeable sorts who used to frequent on here, who would have such information.
