  3. i've got mice in my shed again 2nd time this winter, they caused that much damage they've chewed fishing gear, purse nets , the b*****d things obliterated a hand made longnet so i think i'll knock up one of those traps this weekend, they cant climb back up the funnel can they as i dont just want to be feeding them

  6. i've always used .22 and took rabbits at 60yds with no trouble, its just taking the time learning your holdover/under but i've bit the bullet and treated myself to an airwolf in .177 the first .177 iv'e ever owned its shot placement not calibre that counts and i dont think i'll struggle with that it was putting one hole groups at 42yds there's enough on here to show what a .177 can do

  10. mate dont take this the wrong way but them boxes will fill with water with lids like that youd be better off with a conventional lift up lid, dont forget your drainage holes i made one out of fibreglass years ago but found they sweated inside even with ventilation holes even on cold days when you get a bit of sun on them they warm up very quickly i think thats why wood has always been favourable

  14. sold most of mine to a lad that uses them for hanging out cages --- same here mate used to use then for hanging the cocks in, especialy the natives so they could'nt give the hens too much stick, used to hang them on the front of the double breeders
  15. there show cages for yorkshires mate and you would want the carry box its a set

  19. Maybe to late now, with all due respect do not use acitone it could melt your boat. Try IPA and the rest of the above, however try on a small area first to ensure you do not get any reaction. Lovely little tub is the shortie I had one a few years back....in the days when there were fish to catch. acetone wont melt your boat, it evaporates, nor will thinners damage it wet rag and a dry rag and as mr mayagi says wipe on wipe off, job done used them both in this way thousands of times

    no does'nt need rings , just use a normal stop net 2 1/8 or 2 1/4 mesh board will be fine watch you dont get bit albert
  22. i think you answered your own question mate i use a couple of stopnets tthrough the hedge or just set your net in a horse shoe shape at each end of the set
