  1. hi mate, if It were me I wood be looking at the bsa ultra, or ultra se, they are very short in length and very light weight for an air rifle, ideal for junior's to start from, the aa s300 is a very good gun but it is a bit bigger and heavier than the ultra's, you could always take her to a gun shop and let hold the ultra to see how she gets on, thanks tl
  2. hi, I've had harris before and they are very good, but this time I bought a set of ebay for £21, and I will say they are just as good without the hefty price tag, normally I would say buy cheap buy twice, but not in this case, they are really well made. thanks tl
  3. that's like going into a pub and ordering a pint, then drinking it, and the bar maid says......"have you got any ID"......crazy
  4. well worth doing mate, I think these guns are very underrated, thanks
  5. Hi, I haven't really got a problem with gays, or gays raising children, I've done a lot of work for a gay couple and there gay friends for over 20 years and they have been very good kind people, one was a big land owner who supported the fox hunting, loved the pheasant/duck seasons, and the other one had a antique business with the same interests, they were very discreet about their sexuality and I never ever see them touch each other in any way whilst we was there, but what went on behind closed doors was up to them, they adored each other in there normal life, just as much as I adore my

  8. hi, can anyone answer this, the strangest of things happened today as I was target shooting in my field, there was a light breeze coming from behind me and a bit to my left, my gun is zeroed in at 30 yards in which was fine, leaving a 5 shot group of about 1p coin size with the odd flyer, now, when I moved my target out to around 45 yards and 1 and half mill dot above zero, my pellet was hitting the correct height, but, it was about 1 inch to the left of the point of impact, and this was with 3 shots, all were the same, and in the opposite way of the wind, and yet it was ok at 30 yards?,

  11. hi mate, and welcome, have a look at the bsa ultra se, really light and on the smaller side and they are very accurate with the right pellet, plus they are a sensible price, its a multi shot and the mags are colour coded to the size of the pellet, blue is .177, and red is .22, hope this helps. thanks tl
  12. hi, you will get more than 30-40 shots in .22, you should be getting 50-60, I have got the ultra se in .177 and I get 40, they are a really light gun to carry around and really accurate, just the way I like it, hope this helps, thanks tl
  13. hi, ive had a bit of money go missing with royal mail in the past, and when I went up there to see the boss man about......"where's my money gone" and he didn't want to know or even investigate, so, when I mentioned what had happened at the post office were I sent it from, she said "o yeh you should have sent it registered delivery, that way your insured" so why didn't she tell me that when I gave here the money to send....doh! stupid people. tl
  14. hi, ive not had them models, but I have had the air arms s410 carbine and a bsa ultra se both in .177, both of these guns are very accurate, nice and light, and good in tight spaces, but for me I think the air arms are a better gun, they have a better build quality than the bsa's, the magazine on the air arms gun work a lot better than the bsa's ones, and I got a lot more shot count on my air arms than the bsa, although the air cylinder on the bsa is smaller, so out of the two guns your thinking about getting I would go for the air arms. tl
  15. thanks for that moxy, that's a bummer as I came across some bottles from b.o.c that hold over 300 bar that look the same as a diving bottle, oh well. thanks tl
  16. hi, can anyone tell me, does the bottle that you refill your air gun with have to be a divers bottle? or can you have any bottle that can take the pressure, im curious. thanks tl

  19. hi, I used to use it and I thought it worked well, until I dripped a few drops straight into the tin with the pellets still in it, then gently rolled the tin around,....(I think your meant do it the other way round)..... i loaded a pellet that had some stuck in the skirt, when I fired the gun, there was an almighty crack from the muzzle and a big increace in power, in which I put another pellet in with a little bit still in its skirt and put my chrono on, then....... "crack"...... and it was reading around 13-14fp, normally my gun is around 11.6fp, so I stopped using it, I think its called

  22. I really regret getting selling my aa s410 carbine in .177, its the best air rifle I have owned, it was so accurate and I was so confident shooting with it, even now I keep trying to buy it back of my mate, but he loves it as much as I did,........ god dam it
  23. Hi all, I would like to swop these two rifles, for a pcp air rifle/set up (air arms, s410, s400, etc.) in .177 The first one is a right handed HW77k in .22, its had its internals polished and a v-mach kit fitted and running around 11.5fp, its got a few knocks on the stock and a couple of small marks just under the scope, the scope is 3-9x40 it has got Bushnell's on it but I'm not to sure, it comes with the iron sights and gun slip. The other one is a HW35k in .177 and right handed, this also has polished internals with a v-mach kit fitted and running around 11.4fp,it has got a f
  24. hi I have dropped the price, £250
  25. hi rez, I didn't know they were made in the same factory, but now you mention it, it figures because my gun likes both of these, but the aa fields just get the edge with a bit tighter groups, so I have stuck with them, but I could use the exacts if I did run out of the others, interesting though. thank tl
