If only it was so black and white, sounds like they gave you a sensible answer. Oh course there was a risk that it may deteriorate on exercise, each person heals at a different rate and so can make progress at their rate and each injury is slightly different. This means that sometimes have to listen to what their body says and act accordingly to progress at their particular rate. Do you believe in the NHS "at any cost" ?Do you believe it should be a bottomless pit ? Is their room for improvement in treatment and service that does not involve throwing bucket loads of money at the problem so that everyone can just carry on like before? One of my close friends is a mid wife, head of her ward in fact. She has 3 kids of her own, comes from a very large family and has been round kids all her life. Mate the whole institution is creaking under the weight of politically correct dogma and the claims culture. It taught me plenty of little bits and bobs but obviously not muh after 14 because I never went after that. But let me tell you, as I always say to my kids, it's a f***ing piece of piss to be ordinary......that takes no effort what so ever !! It's about choices, I tell my nippers, get all the education you can, participate in the sport, do all the extra things like volunteering, Duke of Edinburgh, Army Cadets.......do well in your exams.......then you have more choices, I do t give a monkeys if they go and work stacking shelves if it makes them happy but at least they will have the cho
