    Genuine question, has anyone ever seen a Kung fu dude genuinely knock the living f**k out of just a bog standard rough old boy?.........maybe I have lived a sheltered life but some of the roughest fuckers I have ever met never did a days training at anything, they just didn't give a f**k? I genuinely like the idea of dedicating yourself to something, forget the fighting bit, it's the sense of personal pride in dedicating to something that I think is the best.

    Fair play, he look a tidy lad......from what I have seen, there seems to be more different martial arts associations than enough. Each will claim they are more legitimate than the other.......bit like all the different boxing associations I suppose. The fact is, that's just politics and there are lads doing well and setting a good example in all of them.

    My pal who made that video does lots of stuff mate, he runs a women's self defence class too and he has specially devised a programme for it......some of those chicks can go at it TOMO. He does a lot with a special school near me, all the kids have severe learning disabilities and to see the sense of pride and achievement on their faces when they do a grading and win a new belt is simply awesome. Also works with police, schools, wayward kids.......he was a tidy footballer in his day but he has found his niche doing this. Great lad like

    I think where these things like boxing and martial arts (especially martial arts) come into there own is when you see kids who may have disabilities start to get something from them. A lad I am friendly with runs a pretty big Jui Jitsu club near me and I have to say, he is a bit of a legend when it come to working with disabled kids, it literally brings a tear to your eye.     Our traditional society in the span of anyone on here's thinking was founded on Christian principals, conservative Christian principal.
