I think times have changed so much.Me personally me and my wife work full time. What do I do? Go shopping on sat afternoon and wast a sat trampling round local shops. Or go tesco at 2100hrs on week night? It's all convince, local shops can't compete with the convince. A good start would be to avoid the likes of the big super markets in favour of local suppliers, we are chucking away 7 million tons of food and drink a year !!!......one o the big reasons is that instead if buying what we need that day, we go to supermarkets and freight up with multi packs of this and that.....an amount of this then gos out of date and gets chucked. They sell like this for one reason, revenue !! Ahh, but we don't have time I hear you say.......you don't have time because you are having to work so f***ing hard to pay the government the extortionate amounts it demands in

Get a 30degree angled stem for your bike rig Rake, dont worry about it looking odd and have the centre to centre measurment shorter than you think fits you, i think liesure lakes or some other cycle people offer a measurement service and if/when your talking to the right kid he'll tell you exactly where each pain morphed fron on your rig. Well said Officer Fud ! Lol Everyone is missing the point here, the chat about did Fergie do this or Moyes do that is totally irrelevant when talking about teams like Manchester United.......there are no "ifs" or "buts" the fact is they MUST be up there in contention for the top honours season after season because the whole business model is based on that. Moyes is a nothing manager so far, end of story. Teams like MU can't suffer that for very long.
