    im finding that out now didn't like the way his nature changed at about 12 months but that was as much my fault as his ive never had a dog with as much saluki in him it took me a lot of time to get him doing what I wanted and not what he wanted to do, its definatly paying off though

    had my pup out again last night with the keeper worked another 2 wounded Charlie out of cover by himself he,s doing everything ive asked of him and more, I never really thought about a saluki cross being any good for what he,s doing at the minute.

    mines doing well only really lamp and ferret with him he,s got plenty of wind in him though and only young, he,s retrieved 2 charlie that were wounded

    my 5 month old pup I got from churchy has a white patch on his chest its mother and father never had it cant see a problem think it just happens now and then

    im starting tomorrow was going to bolt for dogs on open setts but a farmers been on to keeper for someone to do a fence line absolutely lifting with rabbits don't normally believe farmers over numbers of rabbits but the keeper went up midday yesterday and saw over 20 big rabbits so its the fence line tomorrow

    he,s got derrys face, my pal had her before mike got her she had a awesome strike but the ground we were running really took its toll on her im really pleased she got a really good home with mike, best of luck with him he,s a good looking dog

    really like that dog pup of rains , cheers for the info fenking as I said the dog is the most easy going dog ive ever known until a dog shows him any sign of aggression for having a skinny head his jaws are like a steel trap

    have you ever had a pup with collie in it some people cant get on with them especially beardie in the mix but id go for the first that catches your eye

    managed to get some picks of pup today he,s had about 20 rabbits on the lamp and ferreting up to now he,s just over 26 tts been a really nice dog to train only problem is he,s really firey if a dog even raises a lip to him he,s straight in also stopped retrieving to hand drops them about a metre away so not to bad got all summer to work on it

    you obviously don't know any good dog men then, as for the ferrets some just wont have work in them I once bought some kits off a ferret that had only been worked one season and was bred from pets they just wouldn't work at all. Its a sad state of affairs that people breeding for pets are ruining ferrets as workers when I was at school you could buy a kitt most summers as they were all bred as workers in the ,s you never heard of people keeping them as pets

    im in the same position myself mate 2 years and no interest in going to ground, mines going to my sisters to live as a ratter he,s getting castrated on Monday don't want no pups out of a failed dog. if I didn't have that option I think id have to have him pts. good luck rehoming him

    wc that's made me chuckle that about the white bodied dogs was at hancocks 87 or 88 with my pal and he was getting a white lurcher off hancock but said he wasn't sure about the colour, plummer was there and told him no dog can be the wrong colour
