-
there both good dogs, the thing with the brick he forgets there dogs not machines he,s ruined loads of dogs giving them to much to young then blamed the breeders the only dog he hasnt ruined is kat and id say thats more by luck. as for snipe he seems like a class dog from what ive read of jims posts and still putting game in the bag at his age

my pups on gain puppy and sapling with 2 pound of mince a day and a few chichen wings or thighs a day, ive always been told put the best into them to get the best out later in life. i would change your complete to a higher protien greyhound food
-
it was a nasty twat at 11 weeks muppet, have you still got the pups you got after the one you had off me. as for moggy rocks pup ive no idea how she ended up so nervous.
-
these pups are well priced cant see how you can call the lad a pedler, the only litter ive bred took a while to go so i dropped the price to £50 for the last 2 and was inundated by idiots made a big mistake letting the last one go the lad wouldnt answer any pms about how pup was found out later had the dog a few days and past him on said he didnt get on with his kids. i dont think hed of done that if i hadnt dropped the price, he,s put a good price up for them so give the lad a break. good luck with the sale

do they need tuning in to the bellman and flint collars or do they just pick it up without any bother ive only ever used debens locaters in the past,my mark one is on the way out now i think so will need a new one soon
-
about 1993 i saw a under shot dog that was a exellent dog he was bred from nuttal stuff he only ever threw good mouths until he was lined to a quite closly related dog then 2 out of 6 were undershot id say you could breed from them aslong as you dont breed to close
-
ive not been able to get on where my permission is it was under water from a month ago went past some of it the other day on the motorway and there must of been 5 fields all under water, i gave farmer a ring other day he said some of its 9 ft deep

im surprised you still got any of these left im well happy with the pup i got hope you get good homes for them -
trotters are fine for dogs the bones aren,t really big dogs are fine chewing them
-
ive only seen two dogs what i would say were garenteed fox dogs ive seen a good few deer dogs, the main difference i saw between them was the mess the garenteed fox dogs made of the deer only thing they were any good for was dog food. a good deer dog could keep you in food and a few quid before the ban
-
just got back with pup he slept all the way, the whole litter look in exellent condition there a credit to you once again thanks will keep intouch richy
-
could you pm me a contact number so i can contact you tomorrow please about viewing the pups please off to work now so wont be back on computer till tomorrow

the best bushing ratting dog ive ever had was a bow legged russell i bought off a old guy that just used them round his small holding, she was used on there daily . i wouldnt bother about the breed aslong as the parents are used for what you want to work them on if you dont want a dog diving into a sett at every chance it gets, dont buy a pup from digging dogs.
-
i feed the best food i can get, give them a good warm kennel, my season starts in september so i start to get them fit in july they get 8 mile by the bike 4 days a week and 3 days free running. but it depends on the dog as to how much it takes to get them fit
-
ive just lined a bitch thats 5 and shes showing no signs of slowing down, ive had them messing around when they come into season but i find hobs dont work aswell from the end of january they start getting one track minds
-
me and my mate have had 3 hobs give up after a kicking from rabbits he had a big silver hob that worked 4 times a week for 2 years then at the start of its 3rd season he got kicked about and refused to even go to ground after that. the other 2 just wouldnt go into the deepest parts of a sett and eventually just gave up even working the upper parts of a sett. the 2 ive got now are working really well ones just been retired he,s 7 now ive just lined my best bitch with him to breed a replacment for him just hope he,s not to old
-
he got raw and cooked pork skin from the butchers she liked both, will pass your regards on to dom
-
derry was exactly the same at that age, dom used pork rind to get her recall back to what he wanted it only took a couple of weeks
-
ive only brought in 2 hobs in 20 years one my mate got for me off keeps that turned out to be exellent, the other i got off a young lad he,s worked well all season if he keeps working the same he will get bred into the strain. i,d only use a hob thats had at least 3 seasons behind him as ive seen some hobs loose interest after a season or 2
-
ive had a good line for a few years now, when i start them i use small setts the first couple of times, then they go in the bigger setts with the older ferrets they work deep sandy setts after there first couple of times out. ive only brought in two hobs from different strains over 20 years one my mate got for me off keeps, the other i got off a lad from near where i live he,s only a year old he,s doing every thing ive asked this year he wont leave a sett till its empty and works as deep as he needs to, to get every bunny out
-
ive always bonded better with beardys there not as sensitive as border crosses
-
ive just been given a couple of mark 1 collars do they work with the mark 3 boxes as ive just ordered a new mark 3 box and the lad that gave me the collars said they would work with the new box
