You mean Mitochondrial Eve? The most recent female ancestor common to us all, essentially the great (many greats) grandmother of all living humans. She was just an ancestor of ours, not the first or anything. Neanderthal was a sister species or possibly subspecies to us Homo Sapien Sapien.

I read this earlier. It's an interesting discovery. So, what I don't get is how Sapiens arrived in Europe something like 60'000 yrs ago but didn't evolve fair skin until at least less than 10'000 years ago.... Either, I don't quite grasp what has gone off, our explanation for why Europeans developed fair skin needs looking at or this single data-point is misleading as to the truth (coincidentally an immigrant?).

Because of this lack of will to see it through there is a good argument for such constitutionally ground shaking referendums to have to have a 2/3rds majority. 52% wouldn't have cut it and we'd have stayed in. 2/3rds seems to be a big enough majority for these sort of things to be done properly.

Our representatives in parliament will only enact our will if we are holding a gun to their heads with the hammer cocked and safety off. Power corrupts..... there's no point complaining that it shouldn't, it does and that's that. The beauty of democracy is that we are given a gun and the right to pull the trigger to keep our representatives on the straight and narrow. Now, what I have seen of my countrymen is that we are willing to wave the gun around and get folks attention but haven't the balls to pull the trigger and those fuckers know exactly what they can get away with to keep that balanc

What the f**k have the gays got against bakers? LOL. Always seems to be a f***ing baker they're trying to f**k over in their fight for tyranny... errr, I mean equality. A better outcome than when the same happened this side of the Atlantic.

Fantastic! Can’t wait to hear about it.

I’d love to hunt pronghorn. Could tell it was a sensible range from the flight time.

Any law can be fixed with a new law, that's not an issue. The issue is that the pro bowhunting community is a minority within the minority of the fieldsports community, LOL. In fact there are probably more anti bowhunting 'fellow' fieldsportsmen than there are pro, never mind the general public.
-
I really like this guy. If you wanna get in the mind of the sort of bowhunt that is about today this is a man worth listening to.

Worth watching from the beginning if you have time.

Agreed gents. What I will add is that we have all seen images of critters wandering about with a crossbow bolt in them and that is often used against bowhunting..... well, that crossbow bolt will almost certainly have had a fieldpoint on it! In reality all legitimate bowhunting would be carried out with either fixed or mechanical broadheads. The argument is simply invalid. Not many deer last long with one of those slicing up their internals.

Why? A well placed arrow kills as quick as a well placed bullet. The only exception being head shots and if you can induce hydrostatic shock. The UK isn't as crowded as you think it is. Fact is a badly shot deer doesn't wander into your garden or into town etc. It bimbbles off and lays up in cover in a quiet corner to eventually die. Most folks that see injured deer are either the ones that caused it or rural professional (farmers and keepers). The argument that the UK isn't the right place imo is weak when properly interrogated. IMO the UK is well suited to a regulated form of moder

There are places of worship all over the North and Midlands. Only one in the south, maybe be too much to handle for southerners? Headingley, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield & Shoreditch. https://truebarbecue.com/https://truebarbecue.com/

I went for a quick double pit burger with a mate on Friday night too. I've had the pitmaster tray before, personally I was a bit disappointed when comparing it to my usual double pit burger. But I am seriously in love with that thing, so I'm not really best placed for a fair comparison. LOL
