Not timing properly but around 23-24min. Like I said, not fast at all. I alternate 5k with 5mi when I sort of feel like it. Never done any dedicated cardio before, whenever I’ve tried I’ve picked up injuries and just hated every minute. It’s always bugged me though because I wanted a more balanced fitness regime, but equally I want to enjoy it. Anyway for some reason, I actually quite enjoy it now. I just wanna get out in the sun and tick over, fight that urge to quit and feel stronger for it.
