Oh well i think i might just cry myself to sleep tonight if a random bloke on the internet doesnt believe that someone out of the same area and the same sport that ive known since childhood said something different in a gym to what he said to a boxing magazine....i,ll think twice about repeating these kind of things next time what with you cyber security guards ready to pounce !Lol.... Been in many mate, some good some not so good. Most of the 'patients' are medicated up to the hilt and sit around watching TV all day. As long as they behave then its not a bad ride, dull and repetetive, but bearable. Was in one a couple of weeks ago and one fella had been in seclusion for over a month, kept in a small room with a serving hatch. It was like something out of 'silence of the lambs'.........scary..... ........but then again he had been a very naughty boy

I have a nice 4 weight rod built by a bloke in Bradford 20 years ago, takes a bit of getting used to and it's a real slow action. I haven't fished it for a few years but I snapped the tip on my Hardy marksman this years so dusted it off. Like an old friend it creaked into action and caught me some nice trout this year....

I'm away upto the west coast of Scotland first week in January chasing them.....always do well with a few snipe and teal chucked into the mix......sport of kings.
