I do believe though that you can consume more calories on a carnivore diet.... Now that sound like a contradiction to what I wrote above....but whilst on a carnivore diet the body is working different because the energy is coming from fat...so i believe it lifts your base metabolic rate...

To be fair he did but not much....and being honest it wasn't a true carnivore diet... That said what he ate and what he's eating now is far better than what he was eating whilst in prep for strongman several years ago

Trouble is with calories is everybody is different...and everyone's base metabolic rate is different.... And to quote one of the tube influences you can't beat thermodynamics... Calories in Calories out
