Fair play dean,,,is it pleasly near Mansfield mate,,I used to live in the next village.....usually a good little show,,,,I would have been there if I weren't away. The thing is with the shows is you can get a feel for someone up close and personal,,,,and of course a lot of show people do look after there muts,,,rather than swapping them when they fancy,,,,might not get as much work,,,but so long as it's looked after..... The other thing is like networking,,,,,a few year ago I saw a litter of kelpie grey whipp,,,pups at a show,,,bred by an old acquaintance from the coursing field......t

Don't stew the fillets or back end come to that,,,fillets need all sinew removing and flash frying in a very hot frying pan,,,back legs haunch ect ,,,plenty of roasting type dishes avaiable,,,, Front legs shoulders and neck are better for slow cooking stews ect,,, Plenty of recipes out there on the net,,,read a few and see what takes your fancy

Yep I love summer,,,were away at the mo,,,little quiet place in ibiza, with a sunset view,,,wich will happen in about 20 mins,,,just had dinner sipping sangria ,,,, Spent. 4 days driving down here through France ,,and will spend 6 days traveling back through France especially the south and round the alps,,,doing some wild swimming and camping ect,,,, I could stay away another 2 month,,if it weren't for schools ,,,,and money
