this will blow your mind even further.....120lbs woman lifting 545 lbs thats 247 kilo....4.4 times bodyweight......by the way there have been a few 5 times bodyweight lifts... my own pb is 210 killo....but i only weighed 12 and half / 13 stone mark....

as a kid an young lad i liked the carry on films ....cant say as i would watch them anymore ....but she was a real icon and although i dont watch eastenders anymore i did years ago when she was in it with phil and grant and frank ...and i remember her saying in an interview she did the character based on vilot kray ....and you could see the similarity to billie whitelaws portrail of vilot kray in the film the krays .... another actor from my childhood that has gone ...which is sad..

come on you he was same as all of us.....that doesnt stop us being warey of this new jab....even today on the news two people had alergic recations to the jab... we know you all like to hate on max and pic anything he says apart.....but for some of us there are genuin revervations about this jab.... i genuinily dont understand why pro vaccine folk cant understand our reservations about something being rolled out so quick....and these two incidents yesterday prove there is a right to be weary

very intresting thread this chaps...real nice to hear your experiences ....im the same as sid earlier in this thread i dont really know much about it... by the way chaps it might interest you to know that the guy that came runner up in the worlds strongest man this year Tom Stoltman from scotland is autistic ....number in two the world .....its also widely believed that he will be number 1 in the next few years....and he holds the world record in the stone lifting....in fact he is so far ahead of anybody in the stones its frightening....

i very much dowt she will grow another 2 inch....shes about done growing up....shes just going to grow out now... she looks bigger than 23 mind ...cos she seems a very long legged thing...best of luck with her mate
