seems to be the modern way.... you only have to look back at iron mikes record he won the title at the end of 86...then defended it 4 times in 87.... and 13 fights in 86 to get the title ...

quite a bit ....but its also a bit of a skill learning to use one ...i think scot is one of the few bench pressers that has pressed 700 lb raw only a few people have done it....the world record at the mo is 780 raw.... the only thing they can wear raw is wrist wraps and a belt i believe

this is scot mendleson a power lifter who has held many bench records ...hes also a bit of an arm wrestler Gnasher might have herd of him.... this fail was at a meet last week....the weight on the bar is 1121 lb....508 kilo....hes wearing a bench shirt as this is equipped lifting ...basically its a very thick tight shirt...

i have...but only whilst lamping rabbits....and when she had got to about 4 year old...took a bit of work to get to that standard though....

must admit ive seen a good few coursing bred dogs be good at all edibles day and night....and owned one...mine was a daughter of captin....and great granddaughter of Tor of dartmoor pure sal....great on the lamp at bunnies both here in the flat east of england and up the dales....put plenty of flat land hares in the bag....and roe muntie and fallow on the deck... good dogs if you get the right one

funny that....my Venus was similar bred...and i would have had the same bet....venus was very quick and at 25 inch 55lbs approx....

i had a coursing bred bitch ...sal/grey ....retrieve as good as a field trial lab.....jump gates ect walk at heel ...lamp without a slip lead....whilst another dog was running and stay at heel

if you generalising then you are right ....herding dog crosses are generally easy to train.... but a good standard can be achieved with all the others....dependant on the individual dog ...and the owner

im going to drop the M word......lol markbrick did used to catch a lot of foxes with them little dogs of his.....granted he finished the foxes off and they were doubled ....but he did get good numbers....

i wouldnt pay any intrest to a site like that mate.... its an interesting discussion ...which is faster over a short distance or acceleration ....i honestly dont know the answer... however i think hunting and racing are very different ....as is quick thinking....when you watch a good racing grey leave a trap i would be very surprised if a whippet could match it....but on the other side when a rabbit leaves a hole i would be surprised if a grey could match a whippet or very whippety type lurcher.... its a good question for the greyhound and whippet racers on this site.....max cha

thats what i meant sid....if you aint got hair or at least very little....just get some clippers or shave it.... but if you have hair ...i can understand the need to get it cut proper

lots of dogs going for that much....good little earner really.....wished i owned a cocker bitch...lol i did here the best money was them pointers.....not sure which pointer ...but 3-5 k a pup.....and apparently big litters 15 -16 ish......potentially 75 k out of a litter....by christ
