ive not read this hole thread mate....but get on the vitd3 make sure you buy one with vit k2 in it....get at least 1000 iu of vitd3 ...with around 100 of k2 in ....they work synergistically... also vit c....and some b vits dont hurt... i know i have mentioned vit d many times on here over the months....but have a look on line about it...plenty info about how important it is... its now concidered a hormone rather than just a vit.....or check the youtube doctors talking about it and hoe efective it is against covid

i havent ...but im sure i remember reading the thing thats in turmeric thats good for you.....you need a shit ton of....curcumin i think its called....so folk sometimes think cos they use it in cooking its good for them ..but in reality there not having enough of the active ingredient....so best to check that its got plenty of the good stuff in it

oh and back to travel..... have the vaccine....and still have to be tested left right and centre ....got sent a meme on whatsapp the other day .. not a funny one but serriose ...ray winston telling everybody how much he had to spend on testing to fly ....£150 a pop...but only by the uk...it was like 4 times ...for both him and wife...600 each...yet italy where he went to did it all for free ... so if you go away with 2 adults and 2 kids....its going to cost the earth...just for testing ...

same for a pal of mine....was ill straight away after jab....long story short in hospital ....icu for a week blood clots everywhere dam near killed him...still cant feel his toes fingers properly....and the top consultant looking after him have told him its altered his RNA....which is similar to DNA.... they now think hes NOT going to be able to fight off other infections... i also found it interesting that one of the reasons lots of chaps were saying they would have it...was for travel....however most of that was just speculation...and i could be wrong but cant we still travel without

lock tummel that takes me back....we used to have two weeks camping there every year when i was in scouts...40 years ago now....fishing everyday...canoeing everyday...night lines out...pike ..perch and trout cooked on the fire ...going out for day trips to pitlockery to see the salmon ladder....great times...40 year ago now

i know ive mentioned this film twice i think now... Hostiles ....with christian bale.....i think its up there as one of the best films ive ever watched...and bale was brilliant in it... for those that havent seen my other posts about it ...do yourselfs a favour and watch this one it really is a cracker
