My mum lost our Mo a few months ago and she’s a bit lonely in the house without a bit of company. If anyone has an old dog needing a good home. Has to be calm, as my mum has disabilities. She needs a companion. Dog has a garden and fields to run about on (she has a dedicated dog walker). Taking on a young one isn’t an option. I just need something that’s gonna have it’s walks and then chill out on the sofa next to her.

I’ve been told that my sciatica (and a few other injuries) would be much worse if I didn’t have that benefit of training when I was younger. I don’t train at all these days and I’m still fitter than kids half my years. I just have a gammy limp and a face my mum hates

Holy fec! Went out last night with 2kg of frozen crab claws (probs best don’t ask).. Just woke up in’t kitchen, without crab and probably with crabs lol. I have to meet up with the mrs on Saturday… How do you you burn this from that and recover said crab meat?

I don’t have a problem with it. Never been para smoking hash or weed. Not trying to take or say anything but I’ve always had a laugh (hopefully that will continue). To be fair I’ve done a wee bit more than hash

Tell that to my 87 year old grandma who couldn’t breathe a proper breath if she tried… She’s still cracking on, no gas tank and walks the dogs 3 times a day. No one is saying smoking doesn’t cause lung cancer mate. Just f**k it! It’s luck of the draw in life, my auntie went in her 40’s with it

I’ve ice packs always at the ready in the freezer. Being in Spain, it’s not very normal to have a bath in ya house. I’ve one of them 1950’s half cnuts lol I’ll go between a bath that melts my balls, to ice packs. Helps for a while but I’m probably sterile now

I tried allsorts mate. Magnetic machines, acupuncture, chiro, physio, drugs you name it… Never tried an infrared lamp though but when it pops up again to kick me in the bollocks daily for another God knows how many years. I’ll try that and then go for the mesh surgery these fuuckers promised me 2 years ago

Been there years ago lol they begged me (on the soil my brother lies in) when I broke my leg to have that stuff.. fuuck me.
