Mate, I grew up in East lancs going to the seaside twice a month (me dad liked a run) and swimming in the sea most months lol. I’ve even swam off Heyshem… I swear I’m not radioactive

Did that work for you? I did allsorts and finally they Drs said we’ll give you a MRI, that’s when the shit hit the roof lol After that, I’ve spent a lot of time swimming in the sea, what I thought was building me back up was actually fixing my back up lol

Not playing here. Swimming in the sea helped me. I can feel the twangs but that cramp in the nerve, all the way down my toes, touch wood not had it for a while now.
