This is a real problem for me since Trev got ill. Now it's a chore to get him to eat so I say fec em let them go hungry and then feed but keep an eye on the weight and don't go to many days without feeding At this time Trev is eating perfect for a few days and then going two days nibbling

The only way this will work is that carbs are more easily turned into energy than fat so are burned first but once they are gone it's fat energy that's burned so in theory if a dog is only burning it's carb intake it will get fatter on the energy not burned ie the extra calories. Wheat is bolllocks and is possibly the cause of my dog's gut issues, along with certain vegetable proteins. Why feed bread as a main part of the diet????

Tried to save a man's life who had had a heart attack, was working on him for about 20/30mins with the paramedics (I was first there) unfortunately he died en-route to hospital. I received a lovely letter from his wife, it was just one of them. My ex is a paediatric nurse and frankly for me you don't get more heroic than nurses with the crap they have to put up with on a daily basis whilst trying to save lives.

Easy to say but I bet most of those people had every intention of paying their loan or mortgage or car but they may have been laid off, got sick, husband or wife left them and had kids to look after.....who knows? And that's why I couldn't do it And that's why if I can not afford to pay for something outright then I will not buy it until i can Best way to be. The vet's have been doing some research and they came up with the possibility that certain vegetable proteins used in biscuits could be the cause. So at the moment his diet is fresh meat, rice and very expensive puppy biscuits fookin € a bag So the hope now is that this hasn't become a chronic problem, fingers crossed

Just to update; It's been a long road and hard work He managed to drop his weight from 30-31Kg down to 23Kg that was two weeks ago then the meds seem to have taken effect and now I'm happy to say he's finally on the mend. Today his weight is up to 26.5Kg, an increase of 3.5Kg in two weeks so buzzing. Thank you to everyone who offered advice and thoughts much appreciated Atb Shroom

If you use metal ducting to cool the smoke create a switch so that you can change the length the smoke has to travel ergo cool down.

I'm often in and amongst the Lakes and although ain't found any Gooseanders nests I've seen loads of birds..never seen so many lol Used to see a lot of cuckoos up Grange near Scawdel and castle cragg

Found out that a friend of mine was running and was just on the outer rage of one of the blasts she's ok just really shaken obviously. The mrs has just told me two of her friends had crossed the line an hour earlier and were having lunch again just outside the blast radius when they went off. Lucky escapes!!!
