The boil is very quick, literally just blanching it.

It's only done with the tentacles normally. Some will beat the shit out of the whole thing though. Depends on the person cooking but normally high heat and very fast. It goes rubbery if you do it too long or too low. I've cooked it on the beach on my little BBQ and I always get it as hot as possible before putting it on. Be careful with the tips, they burn/ruin easy. The thicker pieces is what you fry up first then add the tips in the middle of cooking time

Mrs had her phone stolen last night after a beautiful meal in Barcelona. (Photos later on the cooking thread). I caught one of the pricks and properly fuucked him up…. Moroccan Immigrant. My knuckles are cracked but so was his face, head and knees, I was pulled off by the pigs stamping on his head/body lol.
