  6. Just sold the G-Wagon for a profit, decided to go down the Lambo route. Got a chap coming tomorrow to install an extension cord so I can charge it in the garden.
  7. The guy who mentored Jeb was telling me something pretty much the same about the evolution of the wingsuit. In the video I posted Jeb is using an Apache wingsuit. This guy was telling me that that is like 3rd gen tech and they're now on 10-11th gen
  8. I did a tandem jump a few years ago for my birthday. It was some experience and for me was highly addictive, so I can see the attraction. Never done a wingsuit jump mind.... not yet anyway lol
  9. Did you first drill a hole then thread the saw blade through the hole? Did you do it free hand or mark out the patter first? Bloody good work whatever way you've done it

  12. Just reading this now. Crazy sod crashed into an Italian pool by the reports I'm reading. I know a guy in the states who mentored Jeb Corliss and he told me that Jeb is lucky to be alive because he just wanted to push the boundaries of what can be done. Apparently he's well on the mend after smashing in to table mountain in SA and f***ing himself right up.. 10+ years later and still on the mend.
  13. It works the same mate. It's all based on perceived value rather than against something (gold standard). And it's not too late Something to remember, even though crypto isn't regulated like normal FIAT, some exchanges will act altruistically and will put holds on transactions to limit the impact of a "run"
  14. Everyone cashing in at the same time would be like a run on the bank. The value of their stocks would plummet
  15. Same as any exchange mate. You sell them or hold them.
  16. But yes it is a kind of puzzle I guess. You get rewarded (in coins) for solving it (showing the work).
  17. What are you using to cut them mate?
  18. Not exactly, you have to solve a mathematical equation/algorithm to realise the answer (a coin) and then it enters the public domain and is recognised and is then added to the Blockchain. As more coins are made, the more difficult it is to reach the answer (a coin) and the more processing power is needed to solve it. The number of coins for each answer reduces as the years go on. I think initially it was something like 40 coins per solving the puzzle/equation. Now it's nearer 3 with halving (every 4 years or so). The value is no different to the dollar in that it is only based on public a
  19. That tenner would now be worth around 200K
  20. Nah mate, this was years ago when the price was about $5 a coin. So I'm guessing it was a local joint in his country lol
  21. Unlike you, I don't need to lie, use Google or ChatGPT to try and fit in
  22. You couldn't chuck a sickie you lying kurwa mać
  23. Aye, a friend of a mate who I know, is in the top 0.001% of Bitcoin investors mate. Wealthy doesn't even come close. Serial entrepreneur and a bit of an "I'm amazing" sort but still, happy to take his money in business and ignore the fact he spends most of the time higher the James Webb telescope. His favourite story is he once bought a pizza for 2 Bitcoin He hasn't cashed all out because it wouldn't make any sense, he's just moved a lot around to cash and reinvested
  24. You already know what we think We once chucked one on the bonfire... jesus, that went off like a nuke lol Aye but not even close to the same level of intelligence. Closer to the IQ of an uncooked Cumberland sausage
