    A man who lived near us when we I was young trained springers and used to take me round rabbit spots an odd Saturday to bolt rabbits while he made the young dogs sit....I always felt their pain!!

    If its a hollow hedge or double fence sometimes I stick fertilizer bags in every few yards to turn them out, sometimes it does the trick!

    They will tell you when they are finished....Even if they slow down, their probably a lot more clever and experienced....My old bitch seemed to only run half the speed of the others but caught as much!

    Wasn't it called something else AWAY back...I saw a load for sale on ebay from 1 to present day, along with a bundle of stuff the seller said was before earth dog, I cant remember the name. Anyways, its a good mag, and some great articles in it - It would be a big loss if it went.

    I would like gaiters that didnt have a zip as the zips on mine clog up and stick all the time, nuisance to get on and off

    I think they weren't out long when I got mine. I have read of restoring them but I dunno how effective it is

    Time to go then! It seemed to go very quick though but I suppose 5 years ain't bad. This one will do now for until next season

    I've had a 22ah lithium now for about 5 years I think, it gets a good bit of use and I used to last two nights lamping or maybe a bit more. I have noticed recently it has started to last less and less time and cut out on Friday night on the way back to the van. Has anyone else had this happen and will just get worse until it needs replaced

    Some headcases tried to have newsagents to not only put country sports magazines on the top shelf but to stop stocking them completely.... And now, even worse, Mayfair, playboy and those old reliables are still on the top shelf and covered with a big white sticker!!
