With folk that would do you harm,.( poacher watchers,..antis or otherwise) it is best to be civil,..be cautious,..be aware of their mind set,...then,.treat them like young mushrooms. Feed them plenty of good wholesome shit,..and keep them,.. forever in the dark....

You can have some good sport with Beddies,....we had one that used to work extremely well, with my Oz Cattle dogs and a pal's terriers,..he was really determined, and once he had hold, he seldom let go... One night, he caught a reet big, feck off Fallow Stag,...run the beast straight through the woods into the forks of a tree... It was emotional...

Nowadays, I ain't too keen on eating wild caught critters,...although, I would definitely be a customer for some Lobsters, Crabs and Prawns,...but feck munching on the rabbits, hares and deers,.and, pheasants,..yuk I enjoy the hunt,..and obviously the wages,.but any surplus rabbits ,.I barter for steaks, rib of beef,..chickens, etc.. We was brought up on rabbits, cos that is the way it was,..but today,..I am far more sophisticated,..
