I received mine today and I am very very impressed with the quality and workmanship ... The pictures don't do them justice .... They are a lot bigger and much clearer than they look on the pictures ... They are a real work of art and definitely worth more than the £20 being asked for them ........

For the last 3 weeks I've had sore neck extending down behind my shoulder blade and pins and needles in my hand ... Ok trapped nerve or muscle strain I thought so I have been eating brufen like smarties and sitting with a heat mat on at night ... Pain was getting worse so I whent to the docs on Monday and he diagnosed a torn ligament in my neck ... Got to have physio to cure it apparently ... Has anybody else had this injury ??? .........

My missus volunteers for age concern so I just asked her and she reckons its pretty common amongst the elderly ... The guidance is for the pensioner to wiggle their toes for a few seconds every couple of minuets to promote circulation ... Keep the feet off the floor and at the same height as their hips using a stool etc to help with blood flow and obviously warm socks insulated slippers etc .... The other thing they advise is to make sure the chest area is kept warm as tests on mountaineers and polar explorers proved that by keeping the chest area warm they were able to carry out tasks much be
