I used to do part of my rowing exercises on an inclined bench to make sure the form was strict .......

Completely bone the rabbit out ... Lay the rabbit meat out flat ... cover with a walnut and cranberry stuffing ... Role the meat up and tie .... Brown in a pan of fifty fifty butter and oil and cook in the oven .......

I remember ultimate orange ... We had a 15 mile tab and a lot of the lads took loads of it ... Three miles in half the squad were in the jack wagon with severe cramp lol ........

I could never train first thing in the morning just didn't have the energy ... I found my best time to train was around 12pm ... Although I could train quite happily early evening if I had to .........

As I believe it he tendered his resignation and it was unanimously rejected by his party ... So he did resign and it was rejected so he stays as leader ... Pretty simple really .......

That makes perfect sense ... How long do you hope to be able to maintain your current standard mate ... And I know the answer is probably as long as you possibly can but realistically how much longer do you suppose your body can take the training ......

Dare ... gnash has had his best days ... He carries a lot of weight now saggy arms big belly double chin etc but he still goes to the gym now and again and does a bit on the exercise bike ... In all fairness back in the fifties when he was a young man he wasn't a bad shape ... But time takes its toll on everybody and his best years are behind him .......
