    Fair enough Ken, thats a pity, but what made you go down the saluki route, with you being in the rabbit control buisiness.regards collie john. The land down here is far different from up north mate ... We have vast open fields and to get on terms with the rabbits the dogs need an extra bit of pace and stanima ... When your lamping there's very little chance of having short slips as you just can't get close enough to the rabbits ...     Collie John the bitch has only ever come into season properly twice in her life ... I did breed her to a very well bred saluki grey and even though she took she absorbed the pups so getting a pup out of Tegan is a no go ... As phil said the bitch has plenty of collie in her and I don't think putting in any more collie would have been a good thing hence going down the saluki grey road ...
