My best ever was 415 lb for 3 reps......thats seated in a rack and from the chest......these days i rarely go over 300. Also pressed 100kg dumbells at 250 lb bodyweight years ago....pulling a rotator cuff in the process That's some big weight ... I always had exceptionally strong shoulders that I only had to train twice a month in the end or I looked like a freak ... I used to rep 120kgs military press seated when I was 87kgs body weight ....... So we decided to watch Sherlock tonight as I like a bit of Sherlock I must admit ... over tea I told the family that I was going to be watching the worlds strongest man final first ... so my missus and and middle girl decided to stay in the conservatory and play monopoly for an hour ... but fukc me the daughters fella decided to stay in there with them WTF ... he would rather sit in a room with a bunch of women than watch the worlds strongest man final ... fukcing fanny ........

are you saying you dont belive those of us that say this happened to,,,cos i can asure you this happened to me,, or are you saying ,,,there never going to really shoot you??? i would agree with that in the vast majority of cases,,although theres at least one yorkshire pudding on hear that has genuinly been shot I'm saying that no farmer or gamekeeper is going to shoot you in cold blood in the middle of a field so a waving a gun at you is pointless .... I would be more worried if he had a pic axe handle in his hand ......
