Whenever your walking anywhere like that you need to carry the basics such as a warm top lightweight one man tunnel tent water and some energy bars ... you never know when your going to have an accident or if the weather is going to change drastically and tell someone your route and rough time to be home ... if your going to learn how to use a compass then buy a silva compass which is what the military use as that works in mills not degrees ... mills are far more accurate ......

An awful lot more,again socks im not having a dig yet some of us,as you probably know,want a lot more and thats no reflection on your or anybody elses choices,regards. I understand completely that different people want different things from different dogs ... but how can you say you want a lot more from a stud dog by just looking at one picture when you have no idea why the dog can do ... a picture is just that a picture it doesn't say what the dogs capable of .....

The dog I put over Tilly is a very good all round dog and doing the business regularly ... collie grey saluki ... mine is his first litter on the ground and although young only 8 months the reports so far are very encouraging ... I'm very happy with the little bitch I kept back ........

Thanks Socks I was under the impression that once you get contact with the enemy you use suppressing fire to keep their heads down while you figure out where they are. If you don't mind answering, you have a patrol that comes under fire, are they going to sit tight under fire and not shoot back whilst they figure out the firing points of the enemy etc? I'm just curious to understand the tactics Cheers! Edit and p.s you can actually see people or muzzle flashes?
