Fukcing dirty stuff that barbed wire ... I've lost count of the amount of stitches I've stuck in dogs because of it ... I like to get my pups around the stuff as soon as I can now so they learn it's unforgiving nature .........

Russia's Mary has been well and truly stopped .... NATO are holding a huge military exercise in Estonia, Latvia and Belarus that will last years with battalions cycling through every six months (almost like a deployment you might say lol) the Russians are not going to push through that and that's a fact jack ......

Just go for it ... nobody ever made anything of themselves by sitting on the fence and wondering if they should or shouldn't ... it's easy to look back and think I knew I could have done it but never did and trundled on doing the same old same ... the worst case scenario is you don't quite make it and you go back to your old line of work and it takes a few years to get back to where you were ... the best case is you make a cracking life for you and your daughter ... easy decision as far as I can see ......

Of course all pups fine down as they get older ... but having a running dog puppy to heavy can be as detrimental as having it to skinny ......

Impossible to tell without seeing the pup and I do like a pup to carry a bit extra depending on how much training and work it's doing but a 24 inch pup of that cross at 6 months is pretty heavy at over 50 lbs .......

I was out looking at a job today and as I was finishing I could hear a pup squealing every now and again so I went around the side of a small wood and there was a fella with a staff cross puppy on a flexi lead with a fukcing shock collar on and every time the pup wandered more than two foot from him he was shocking the poor little b*****d ... I went over all friendly and had a chat and it transpired the puppy was only 12 weeks old and he had been told by a gamekeeper that this was the best way of training a dog with bull blood in it so I tried to have a chat and give a bit of friendly advice o

Well I was away for most of my kids lives when they were growing up and it did them no harm ... we are all close and they turned out ok for the most part ... if I could turn back time and do it all again for more money would I .... in a fukcing heartbeat .......

If I'm honest not where I would like it ... she isn't as mentally robust as I would like her and she is a very one man dog but as you've said she looks very puppyish and in many ways she still is ... she has just come out of her first season so time will tell ........
