  1. Had same in my 90 (has disco engine in) a new fuel filter was £2 and lift pump £16.50 got her flying again and bout 10 min job to change both. Maybe worth just trying filter first as iv had same symptoms when running on filtered waste veg but fuel filter got blocked with the gunk it picked up from sediment in tank. If you change lift pump buy a bearmach one not britpart the difference was £2 the britpart pump failed quick running on veg and lift pump lever bent of the cam. The difference between britpart and bearmach in quality is huge.
  2. Good to hear your back on track everyone looses a bit of confidence in things every now and again. Top shooting and onwards and upwards again I hope.
  3. No 1. RWS excalibure, the greatest airgun iv ever used. Amazing looking, amazing build quality and accuracy that defies belief. Had loads of different airguns over the years and nowt comes close to this... No 2. Falcon fn19 raptor - nice looking, simple and accurate.

  5. I think she like a hippy rifle that shares the love!I just moved upwards and im not rich enough to keep every rifle I like unfortunately! Fair enough I'm happy with mine had them for years - and never look at others. Actually I do - look but don't touch and never fire my load!
  6. Sounds a good gun but i find it strange how such a great gun changes hands so much! Poor thing must think it's in pass the parcel lol.
  7. Years ago giving your life for your country would be expected. But for my generation now not needed. God bless those who had to just to get by.
  8. Amazing and hard earned..... It's a Jeremy clarkson presented program get a few cans and watch.
  9. Politicians are like workplace management - have lots of meetings on an office while real life folk work there back sides of making tho money to pay there wages. Working people who are in the real world with down to earth opinions the management are missing. Riding on the backs of hard workers and basking in the glory of blood sweat and tears from real working folk who struggle because of decisions made by people who have never had to do what proper workers do.
  10. Iv not read this thread, followed the election rubbish or voted. It's all a load of words full of people talking poo and a waste of time even paying attention. I'll just stick to my daily routine trying to make my and my family's life better by doing things that help us by doing what I can myself in the situation where in - and ignore this load of pants. The country is full of immigrants and soft punishments for criminals it's fooked. Life's too short to listen to the bull plop from people who made it the mess it is allready.
  11. Sounds a great trip and I'm sure your helper loved it too. Falcon fn19,s are awesome and looks like you know how to use it! All the best. Tom.

  16. I never shot one but seen plenty in west Yorkshire on the banks of the river Aire. Once had one take a dead bait out of the packet on the canal bank in Rodley too.

  18. The hunting life is great, I may do more looking than posting but it is a great daily look in and is great for info and entertainment all round. Better than Yorkshire post!

  20. Landyzone is tops if your into landrovers, proberbly saved a fortune learning how fix stuff including clutch change repairing engine after snapped timing belt to name a couple. Reccomended to any Landy enthusiast.
  21. Indeed , but in the technicalities of this thread it is already dead, so you are not killing it again. Lord knows how/why but I have shot, killed, cleaned, skinned, head and boots off rabbits before, totally ready for the pot and in a couple of instances they have still twitched! Some muscle spasms, nobody can suggest they are still alive though! About 15 years ago me and my bro where kids and we where preparing a trout caught about half an hour earlier. We gutted it and 2 mins later it flapped across the work top and onto the floor no kidding - it had no guts We ran out of
