    That's the one! Make sure you select ir filter removed. Check your kit hasn't allready got one for a £200 kit it should have!

    If you take backplate off the project box you can see what camera is in there. If it's not an Sony E700 I'd upgrade money well spent!

    T20 ir torch is 13 quid odd on ebay. The doubler gave it a lot more reach. Originally my build had a 700 tvl camera in it when I baught and fit the e700 camera it was mega transformation!!!

    Try taking the torch off its mount and shine it where the scope is aiming does image get brighter? Also check you haven't selected low power mode. does it have an e700 camera fitted? dont give up on it diy nv is awsome. mine has a T20 fitted with a doubler and can see 200 yards easy!

    I have a diy set up and it is shit hot, once it went a bit dodgy and it was the focus on the camera. The tiny grub screw on the camera focus had worked loose and unfocused. Have a look and adjust it if needed. Back on track now after adjusting and maybe even better than before!

    If you buy a 1077 for anything serious you will regret it sell it then replace it! Buy somate decent first it will be cheaper and usable on other stuff as expectations rise.

    Falcon fn19 raptors are about for around £350 and are shit hot.

    Bit like the other day fly fishing. Didn't catch but thaught if I'd baught the lure rod I would have ha! Ha! But bloody enjoyed casting that fly!

    My brother baught a handheld lamp with inbuilt battery for using with his dog and must say it's miles better for dogs than a nm800 and miles cheaper.

    Have you tried cheaper options first like a t67? The nm800 is good but the beam is tight!

    Went to do my night shift tonight and when I arrived there was no work so asked if I could go home and go for it was the answer! Sat in back garden now with a glass of scotsmac and the bat detector bonus! Better than sweating on the machine all night!!!

    No problem mac and LH! It is a nice little scope I was a bit shocked how good when I started using it to be honest! It's just a bit short for space to mount my nv torch and screen but on a lightweight wandering gun is a superb set up. Gonna put my beloved hawke varmint 4-16×44 sf onto the IMP so still not too heavy. All the best! Tom.
