  1. nice one nessie, we packed in ourselves a few weeks ago and i miss it already.
  2. depends on if your feeding them after freezing or feeding fresh, if from frozen just stick to your usual worming routine, although nobody has explained to me where the idea of the 3 week time scale to kill worms came from, i don't leave them that long and never had any bother. from fresh you'll need to worm more often but for the price of a couple of drontal tabs, i've no problem with feeding whole carcess fresh rabbit myself, though most will disagree.
  3. likewise , good strong looking litter mate. no mug that bull, straight under the heat lamp.

  5. good read mate. on the subject of the pointless ferret, i've one here that was the same last season, she wasn't working at all, just messing about but what a difference a summer makes, this season she's been our best worker, so don't write her off mate.

  7. from what i've read, merle to merle matings regardless of colour, isn't recommended, around a quarter of the resulting litter will have defects, the other 3/4 should be sound though.

  17. i know what you mean about bonding with the son, always great to get my wee lad out with me. on the subject of Scottish rabbits , i bought a few purse nets on ebay from a Scottish punter and we nearly lost a few full grown rabbits the first time we used them, as the mesh was too big, when i mentioned this to him, the chancer cliamed there was nothing wrong with the nets and it was just that scottish bunnies were bigger
  18. their fairly popular nowdays but i've yet to see anyone let one of the lead, is it because their recall aint up to much or is it for fear of them fighting?
