I definitely will try, the thing that appealed to me was the fact you can BBQ normally but also do the long smokes it’s even got a slide thing you pull over to sear the meat it looks techie but once you get your head into it it makes sense, I’m usually quite a traditionalist wood charcoal etc but once I looked into the pellet smokers they make perfect sense.

It has but I tell you what compare Pit Boss with Traega pellet smokers pit boss are streets ahead in spec size and finish and Treaga are mega bucks more last couple of days I’ve read and watched so much it lead me to take a punt on this one Buff BBQ are the main UK suppliers.

I must admit I worked in Barking a few years ago for about 3 years right in the centre where the station is absolutely shocking people openly shitting in the street and cooking food in shop doorways on camper stoves proper 3rd world mentality there, real shame because the original Barking people were decent sorts.

I’ve got all of Howard’s Books the man was extremely interesting and intelligent to get away with what he did even though he did do a bit of time, I crossed paths with him a few times once he was sat on the next table to me at the Red Dragon hotel in Swansea for breakfast and a couple of times after in airports once at Gatwick and once in Cuba, I’m sure when we were queuing up at immigration in Cuba he pulled one off one of his distraction scams where he drops a load of change on the floor if you’ve read his books you will know what I mean.
