I've started using quality coal on my BBQ and it's made a helluva difference easy to light very hot and consistent and the company I got it from have all different flavours and smells, I bought some orange wood and they describe it as your food being marinaded in marmalade I must admit it's amazed me how good it was to the run of the mill chemical infused shit on sale, bit expensive but you pay for what you get they even have natural BBQ lighters my lad picked it up and he got a tour of the kilns he said there passion was on the obsessive. Here's a link. http://www.theoxfordcharcoalcompany

That looks like Chilli chicken masala those green chillis have a real nice twang to them. Your collection of chillis look real nice lovely waxy looking and bright.
-
what chillies in the sauce mate ? The bottle on the left is an amazing 181000 Scovilles and has got Red Nagas and the one the right is 36000 and is Scotch bonnets and habaneros. There really nice but you've got to be careful as they pack some heat.

I've had them all my life I have one nearly every day first nose blow of the day brings it on always the right nostril I went to the hospital and I sat in the chair and the doctor said he was going to laser it then said there's nothing there I'd had a nose bleed on the way to hospital. I find just bunging the nostril with tissue causes it to clot and stops it, tilting your head back as said earlier just makes you swallow it not nice.

A couple of weeks ago I stayed in the Kilpeck Inn in Kilpeck interesting place really old church with unusual Gargoyles and the remains of a castle and moat. It was between Hereford & Abergavenny which was good access to the Brecon Beacons, I too am checking places out with weekend trips to see where I might want to retire to in five years or so as I am sick of the rat race and trafffic in south Essex where I am now. Somerset is next on the list in a few weeks time I'm staying at a place called hallatrow in an old station Inn should be interesting.

Hi all good to hear all the batches seem to be coming along from last autumns pressings, I had X2 fermentations one was longer I separated them by different colour caps when bottling they both taste good but the Gold cap edges it the longer fermentation both were Harris cider yeast. Here's a pic of my finished product I will stick some pics up when it's in a glass works getting in the way of that at the moment lol.

I've got a Cz 452 16" Varmint Barrel .17 and I've owned it from new for about 7 years if you look after it keep it nicely oiled it will be ultra reliable and accurate I only ever put Remington down it and they have been excellent but that's a whole new topic ammo preference. I changed the trigger it's much lighter now the gun itself is a bit heavy once you have all your add ons scope bipod light ect but I like laying in ditches on me Tod i do most of my hunting on my own as I find when out with others they talk smoke ect which pisses me off lol you probably think I'm a right miserable git.

I've got 3 Vehicles Mazda3 Nissan Xtrail and my beloved Ducati the first 3 months of this year they all needed servicing Mots & Insurance now that made me cry the service alone for the bike was £550.
-
Get it repaired you know the history of the vehicle cam belt ect if you buy another runaround you will likely inherit some else's problems that they didn't want to fix. Just my opinion I rarely get rid of vehicles I just get them fixed I've got a Mazda 3 car in my 12th year of ownership and because it gets serviced every year I've only ever replaced a battery which give up the ghost this year and one headlamp bulb in the whole time I've had it.

My old Grandad would be disgusted at they way things have turned out especially on the Isle of Dogs in the East End of London where we was brought up, I don't go any where near the place now horrible roll on retirement I'm going to move even more rural to get away from the mass immigration that has blighted which was once a proud place where proper eastenders looked after each other.

Good Morning to all my fellow Great Britons I thought I would share this to stir up some patriotism and to thank our Grandparents for their sacrifices ?? https://youtu.be/Kx3W4F80L04

Click on your name top right then go to settings then once in settings on the left hand side about the second down you will see signature click that then you will see a box fill it in with what you wish to have as your signature then once done save it. In my case you will see Usque Ad Mortem Bibendum.

And I've just invested in a Nest thermometer it's a clever piece of kit works out when you are there and when your out and you can control it on your phone and iPad also gives a daily report on how you are doing house feels warm because the temperatures are more accurate, last thermometer was useless I used to crank it up and i

I've seen them all over the years Ozzy when he left Sabbath and formed Blizzard of Oz with Randy Rhodes, Iron Maiden when they used to play the Ruskin Arms in East Ham with there original singer Paul Diano a lot won't remember him. Motörhead when they had Saxon as a support and came on stage naked with brooms and swept them off. Motörhead were no doubt the loudest hence why I'm half deaf lol. I've got Sabbaths very first album Black Sabbath with the witch on the front and all the early stuff must admit I've pretty much grown up with them great British band Ozzy Osbourne Geezer But
