  11. RIP Tod, funnily enough I don't find it distressing taking an old dog for his last visit. Sad yes, but I feel we owe it to them when they are in pain or just cannot cope any more. The last one was 141/2 and had had a good life. I still talk to him now every time I am at the bottom of the garden. TC

  13. I have done a bit of research and from the little bits I can get from here and there, it is quite possible that the mould for the dog is what they call a stock mold. In that many firms would make them out of the same type of mold, then paint them in their own colour schemes. TC

    What seems to us a clear open and shut case, is often very fraught with potential pitfalls. As lay people we are often unaware of the actual legal process. Luckily for Dy he had a good solicitor who actually knows his job for a change. We were all getting frustrated at what seemed the lack of action in the case, but fair play to DY he stuck with it and has eventually had the right result. As to what comes next, I think he should be led by his advisor's as they are the ones that know the percentages. If only law was as simple as common sense.
