  1. I'd try the lot, I've eaten Kangaroo and ostrich and they're beautiful. Go to France most years for a holiday but surprisingly never had horse meat. Definitely going to get a few bits for the bbq this summer though, even if just to show my kids that there is nothing wrong with it.
  2. Thanks for sharing, i'm sure they'll enjoy the rest when you finish.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-21380963 Says the dog is in secure accommodation while they have an enquiry. Any other dog would be pts by now.
  4. There's a couple of bits stuck in his beard, either that or maggots.

    Pneumonia

I had it about 10 years ago, never forget packed up hunting early on a Saturday feeling unwell, by Sunday evening was in hospital. Stayed in for a week and after that was a couple of months before I was properly over it. I know from experience what it's like to have a poorly child and my heart goes out to anyone in that situation. I wish him a speedy recovery.
  6. Guess they'll make it all ticket this time. Can't see a repeat of the scenes back in 85 but never say never.
  7. That's got to be real ffs it's on the internet. They even got a toy lined up behind the sofa
  8. If I remember right one set of supporters were rebels and the others were pro government and it was alleged that it was arranged that the away supporters would be locked in after the game to be sorted. Makes West Ham v Millwall look like a vicars tea party (no offence intended Gnash).
  9. Snowing here now a couple of hours later than forecast. Meant to snow heavy overnight tonight, dry tomorrow then heavy rain tomorrow night.

  11. But what else would you expect, they see their heroes week in week out rolling round the floor for f*ck all so they do the same. May be the ball boy was taking the piss but a pro footballer can't react like that without getting in a lot of bother.
  12. Get on to your local council. Not only do the have a legal obligation to control rats but they can also make him tidy his place up. It won't happen overnight but keep putting the complaints in, in writing, and they can ultimately turn up with a lorry and get to work then give him the bill. In the meantime you can't do a lot more than read ditchshitters thread and do exactly what it says on the can. Even though your neighbours aren't getting rats, no doubt because they don't keep chickens, can you get them on side to complain about the mess/eyesore?
  13. I see Hazard was sent off for kicking a ball boy because he wouldn't give he ball back. What a twat.
  14. Mine was like that always cheaper fully comp. backwards eh! They reckon if you go fully comp you will be more responsible hence the cheaper insurance. My wifes went up loads because she became a full time student for the last year of her degree. She tried to explain that she wasn't some young kid but a 41 year old mother of 3 whose been driving years but it made no difference.
  15. You should have put the gammon joint in the slow cooker. It's beautiful.
  16. Fair play to them. I was gutted/embarrassed when they knocked us out but I hope they make the most of their big day.
  17. Why are they hot branding when it's been banned for years. Complete arseholes.
  18. Last time I saw him on TV he looked very gaunt. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-21123532
  19. Always amazes me that some schools in town shut and some stay open. I think it's wholly dependant on the teachers attitude. Our local village school is shut (Not too sure why) which has kept our youngest at home, next one up got taxi to bus stop but missed the school bus because taxi was running late so taxi took him into town for school and my eldest has gone in his taxi to college about 50 miles away (he stays there Mon-Fri) and has sent us a message to say no lessons today because staff haven't got in so he's spent the day with the grounds maintenance team gritting the site. Best letter we
  20. Even though the subject of the report was the photographer, for them to show those stag hunting photo's without the usual onslaught of verbal diarrhoea made a refreshing change. I don't normally bother with it but saw the pictures of the hunt at Tarr bridge.
  21. Have you tried your local agricultural merchants?
  22. At last the BBC show hunting without slating it.
