I don't think I'd have my FAC if I had ? I've only been back in the UK the last forty years or so, and had this house the last twenty or so, hence why I said twenty years, I've never had a license for a TV ever.

We have laws in Scotland that prevent anyone knocking on your door demanding money, if they come to your door here they're commiting an offence!

No contact no contract, tell them nothing, they have no legal rights to access your property, they can only get a conviction if you sign the form admitting guilt. Never ever been any such thing as a TV detector van! Just an empty van to worry folk.

Because I had pistols back in the day and reliquished them when the ban came in, I thought I may have a chance again, been on the deer management group for humane kill and been on call for RTA's for the local council/estate, my FEO said "if you canny manage the .22lr invest in a bolt gun, no chance" so he ho in the UK
