1 a landowner is no longer obliged to control rabbits on his land...it was never a legal matter as rabbits move backwards and forwards What has always been a legal matter is maintenance of the fence line between them Y.I.S Leeview

compere the price to a premiership football match that costs twice as much and lasts what a couple of hours? now at the CLA you can get in for 8am and leave at 8pm and you'll be lucky to have seen all whats there, best suggestion is choose what you really want to see and watch and then look round the stalls Y.I.S Leeview

Not all landowners have the sporting rights, I know of land being sold but the seller kept the sporting rights. Which basically means he (the landowner )can name one person to control vermin NOTHING else, whereas the sporting rights owner has access to this land to take game in season as and when he wants by law Y.I.S Leeview

No I've never been in a rush to get a ferret out of a warren I have all the time in the world to let the ferrets get on with their job, thats how it was done late 50's no locators just a liner to rely on and patience. Here again how can you tell the ferret is moving between 2 or 3 rabbits underground surely it should be sticking with 1 rabbit till its dug or killed and move on IMHO. A terrier is entered to find and bolt the fox or hold it until dug hows that different to what you expect a ferret to do? Dont ferrets have adrenalin? I had nt forgot I'd seen you work remember it well slow start a

IF a ferret wont come out? its mostly likely trying to get a rabbit to bolt which is the purpose of the ferret being entered into the warren IMHO So gutting a rabbit, or as you suggest rubbing it on another ferrets back to get your ferret back does nt fit my idea of a working ferret that leaves a rabbit to go after a smell of guts??? a jacker by any other name Y.I.S Leeview I wouldn't go as far as classifying it a Jacker if its stuck down a warren trying to bolt a bunny... it must be doing something right . ? I'm just saying that sometimes when there scratching away for ages at a

put a picture up of your ferrets back teeth and you'll be able to tell which are fed on flesh/dry easily Y.I.S Leeview I haven't got a clue on how to put pics up Lee,Im not recommending the use of dry food....Im just stating that they can live quite happily on it,Ive tried stopping feeding them for a day or two in an attempt to get them on flesh ,in all honesty I think theyd die before eating it Whats more bizarre is when I have bred the two jills over the years the kits were weaned on carcasses which the mother would drag to the nest for them, and still wouldn't touch it herself...so t

this Sunday coming there's a major national cycle race starting in Lincoln-Gainsborough-Scunthorpe and back all on rural roads, the signs have gone up" IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET CAUGHT IN THE HOLD UP FIND AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE" there is nt an alternative route the riders are using that as well. speed limit 40mph through the villages and 50mph between villages, cant see them slowing down through the villages at all. Anyway I finish at 10am Sunday morning and Ive worked out an alternative route overland, I cant see there being a copper on every field gate Y.I.S Leeview

Great victory for you and everyone else. Are you due compensation? for what they have put you and your family through? did nt an earlier court say the police were responsible for the dogs welfare as they had seized them? Y.I.S Leeview
