Many ,ALC members packed in when the ban came in so whats wrong with fresh people joining with a new structure and going forward with new ideas.     great result dewclaw, now DB+Mb the way this council of hunting works there is one representative from each sport present, a negotiating team is needed to put our points across to our representative who'll then take the points to a meeting of the council and report back. So breaking it down into regions to start each region needs a delegate for themselves, who will meet with other delegates and our spokesman at a national level thrash the points out and let the spokesman table the points in front of the Council of Hunting Y.I.S Leeview

    Lurcher clubs have been coming and going for a long time and there biggest downfall is MONEY they organise a fund raiser be that a show, film night or feildsport related raffle all goes well and the money rolls in, it gets counted and all the members have different ideas of how they would like the money used to their benefit.     some good points there Neil on catching the hares. now blackdog pete Why isnt there any hares where you intend to release them? You have plenty where you are(enough to be shooting them) and the numbers regenerate themselves annually, it happened on many coursing estates preban always a good head of hares year after year,because they were suited to the land and bred well to keep numbers up.     They do this on a night whilst the badgers are out Yes I've seen similar in West Yorks to protect the sett, but what really happens a couple of years later the badgers never stop excavating but come up against this mesh and cant get out of the sett that route. Y.I.S Leeview
